The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to dine and shop without having to go outside. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service during our stay. We also appreciated the well-designed and well-equipped room, which provided everything we needed for a comfortable city break.
There were some negative aspects to our experience. The check-in process was slow, which was frustrating after a long journey.

My stay at this hotel was truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities in my room were amazing and exceeded my expectations. The indoor swimming pool was magnificent, and the location allowed me to easily explore the city. The restaurant served outstanding dishes, and the in-room breakfast was perfect. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to fulfill my needs.
In my opinion, the bar/lounge area needed more staff. Other than that, I had an amazing time at this hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The views from the room were stunning, and the room was well equipped with comfortable bedding and great decor. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from a shopping mall and various dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
The bathroom door was made of glass, which let in a lot of light and made it hard to sleep in past sunrise. the bed felt a little small for a supposed king size and even though we had requested a quiet room, we could hear noises from the neighboring room.
